13 January 2005 -
Plymouth
"I would like to report a sighting this morning of 4 large UFOs and smaller ones
travelling up and down from the mothercrafts which seem to cloak themselves on
and off. I have some on video but they made my camera zoom out when the big ones
came up.
My brother saw them first and woke me between 7.00 am and 7.30 am. We live in
Plymouth and activity seemed to be over the Estuary and fields behind
which were lit by the very bright light from them even though it was still
fairly dim, he said they were stacked one on top of the other almost, they are
still there we catch a glimpse every so often but we think they are moving
further away. We are very near [the] HM Naval Base and the nuclear subs but they
seem to be searching for something, totally amazing if I never see anything
again for the rest of my life I will always remember this and know for sure they
are around us."

11 February 1998 –
Paignton
- A CE1 case, sent to us by colleague T. R. Dutton C.Eng.
The witness was a retired Rolls Royce engineer, in their
aero-engine plant in Derby. Now in Paignton, on the night of the event, he
had taken his dog out for its evening walk at a nearby hill to where he lived.
A full moon lit up the whole area quite plainly. As they reached a
boundary fence, the dog froze and was staring intently into a field to the left.
The man was bemused, and tried to see what was interesting the dog. As he
looked into the field, about 40’ away, a series of dark lines began to appear,
close to the ground. These were definitely superimposed on the moonlit
background. The lines formed a spaceframe outline of a large box, or
chest. The sides of the box then filled in, as if curtains were being
drawn across the frame. The man thought the box was about 10 by 4 by 3
feet, and was skewed away from him, but he could see the top as it was sitting
parallel with the ground, about 2’ above the hill. Two round apertures
then formed in the long side facing him, and these glowed bight orange.
Because of the angle of the object, he could see slightly inside the
apertures, which seemed more straw coloured. After hovering for a short
while, the ‘box’ then moved slowly and steadily up the hill, maintaining its
skewed angle and height. Its course took it below some power lines up the
hill, which fed a house at the end of the field to the right. As the
object went below the power lines, the floodlight at the house suddenly flared,
then returned to normal. The object continued its path, went through a gap
in a hedge, then rose to crest an embankment, then went out through another gap
in a hedge before being lost to sight. The time was now 8.30pm, and the
sighting had lasted some 20 minutes.
